Hello ! My name is Tierney and I am a 27 year old artist who loves colour. I also happen to be autistic which for me means that I see the world a bit differently and you might get a glimpse of this in the colour choices I make in my glass pieces. I hope they make you smile. I love bright colours as you can probably tell from the colour of my hair!
I have been fusing glass for over 10 years and concentrate on colourful pieces for the garden or to hang or display inside.
I also paint (when I have time) and I add small pieces of glass to my work to make my paintings unique. I have paintings in the head offices of LEGO in Billund and AXA in London as well as in private homes.
I am currently attending College one day a week to continue to develop skills you probably take for granted. On other days I help in the Cats Protection shop and I go to theatre and drama workshops. I live with my mum and dad and 3 cats.
I don’t like crowds and I’m not so fond of conversation or questions unless I am exhibiting my work and meeting people that love it.
